Our History
Palm Court Apartments was developed and built by the Great Texas Realty Company during El Paso’s rapid growth in the early 20th century. The main four-story building was completed around 1913, with a distinctive central courtyard planted with palm trees, Mediterranean-style arches, and red-tile roof details. More than a century later, it remains a notable example of El Paso’s early apartment architecture.
